溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶合成工艺的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为硬单体、2-丁酮(MEK)为溶剂和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯类压敏胶(PSA)。考查了聚合反应温度、引发剂用量、软硬单体质量比和烘胶温度等因素对PSA性能的影响。结果表明:当聚合反应温度为80℃、w(AIBN)=0.4%(相对于总单体质量而言)、m(BA):m(MA)=2.5:1和烘胶温度为70℃时,PSA的综合性能相对较好。 With the butyl acrylate(BA) as soft monomer,the methyl acrylate(MA) as hard monomer,the 2-methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) as solvent and the azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator,a solvent-based polyacrylate PSA(pressure-sensitive adhesive) was synthesized by solution polymerization.The influences of some factors(such as polymerization temperature,initiator content,mass ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer,and drying temperature) on PSA's properties were investigated.The results showed that the PSA had the relatively better combination property when polymerization temperature was 80 ℃,mass fraction of AIBN was 0.4% in total monomers,mass ratio of m(BA):m(MA) was 2.5:1,and drying temperature was 70 ℃.
