包容性发展视角下的高校学生资助体系研究

On College Students Financial Aid System From the Perspective of Comprehensive Development

包容性发展应是益弱式发展、普惠式发展和可持续式发展。完善现行的经济资助体系,努力促进教育公平,不让每个学生因家庭困难而失学,既是高校资助体系的人本关怀,也是包容性发展的基本要义。反思现行高校学生资助体系存在的问题:一是现行资助体系中资助的经济性凸显,二是现行资助体系中资助的价值性流失,三是现行资助体系中资助的执行性乏力,应着手从四个方面加以完善:一是架构科学的认定体系,二是构建立体化的资助体系,三是设立动态的监控体系,四是建立后续的教育评价引导体系。要加强政府和高校的配合,推进资助体系的可持续发展。

Comprehensive development is the weakness oriented,popular and sustaingable development.It is the humans based concern and basic essence for colleges and universities to perfect the current economicaid system,make efforts to promote the educational fairness,not to let students quit schooling becouse of their difficult families,There exist such problems in current aid system in colleges as the economic We should perfect the four aspects of the system;one is to coustruct a scientific onientation system;one is to construct a sterooaid system;one is to establish a dynamic monitoring system;one is to establish a dynamic monitoring system;and one is to establish a dynamic monitoring system;and one is to establish a follow-up educational assessment guiding system.
