摘要 【目的】掌握罗氏沼虾健康育苗的关键技术,为罗氏沼虾育苗生产提供科学参考。【方法】2010年6月,在127.3m3水体中投放2700.00万尾罗氏沼虾幼体进行健康育苗试验,综合育苗幼体PCR病毒检测、控制适中育苗密度、加强水质调控、禁止使用抗生素等主要技术措施,培育23~27d。【结果】90%幼体变态,获得淡化虾苗1721.30万尾,单位水体产量13.50万尾/m3,平均育苗成活率为63.69%,平均运输成活率为86.0%。经检测,虾苗种质量达到罗氏沼虾苗种标准(DB45/T515-2008)的要求。【结论】采用健康育苗技术可有效提高罗氏沼虾苗质量及养殖成活率,其健康育苗技术主要包括:保持育苗水质良好、控制中等的育苗密度(15.00万尾/m2)、禁止使用抗生素、不滥用药物及防治育苗病害等措施。 [Objective]The present study was conducted to explore the efficient technology for rearing shrimps (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) to enhance their production. [Method]In June 2010, 2.7×10^7 individual larval shrimps were reared for 23-27 days in pond containing 127.3 m3 water with appropriate controls on shrimp density, proper regulation of water and no antibiotics. [ Result ]After 25 days rearing, the rate of Macrobracbium rosenbergii larval metamorphism reached 90%, and 1.7213×10^7 individual desalted shrimps were obtained. The seed density per water body was 1.35×10s individuals/m^3 with the average survival rate of 63.69%, and the average survival rate in transportation was 86.0%. The quality of shrimp seed reached to the standard of DB45/T515-2008. [Conclusion]The quality and rearing survival rate of shrimp seed can be enhanced effectively by using proper shrimp seed rearing techniques such as keeping fine water quality, controlling moderate rearing density (1.5×10^5 individuals/m2), no use of antibiotics and other drugs and controlling the disease of shrimps.
