中西药物联合治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

Treatment of Combined Traditional Chinese Herbs BIYUTANG with Methotrexate on Rheumatoid arthritis

目的：观察痹愈汤和甲氨蝶呤片（MTX）联合治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的疗效。方法：用痹愈汤和MTX联合治疗RA85例，并与用西医降阶疗法的128例患者比较。结果：临床缓解、显效、有效和无效的发生率在联合治疗组分别为：36％、60％、4％、0，及在降阶疗法组分别为28％、61％、11％、0，P＜0．05；副作用发生率在两组分别为3％和11％，P＜0．05。结论：痹愈汤和MTX联合治疗MRA优于对照组的治疗效果。

to evaluate the effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese herbs Bi YuTang (BYT) and methotrexate (MTX ) with rhetunatoid arthritis(RA ) ). Method: 85 cases received BYT andMTX as therapy group, while 128 cases received MTX and penicillinamid (PA ) as control group, twogroups were given the 6 - month - pened therapy. Result: the rates of remission, significant improvement,improvement and non - improvement are 36% , 60%,4%, and 0 respectively, which in control group are28%, 61 % ,11 % , arind 0 respectively(p < 0. 05 ). And the side - effects in the therapy group and controlone are 3% and 11% respectively(p < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: the effects of BYT plus MTX he better thanthat of MTX plus PA in the treatment with RA
