摘要
根据NO与过氧化氢(H2O2)反应生成过氧亚硝酸(ONOOH),ONOOH极易氧化鲁米诺(1uminol)产生化学发光(chemiluminescence,CL)的原理,我们初步建立了一种NO光纤传感技术,并对该传感系统的最佳实验条件进行了研究。在此最佳检测条件下,当NO的浓度在8.5×10-12mol/L至1.7×10-10mol/L范围内时,NO的浓度与相对发光强度呈线性关系,检出限1.7×10-12mol/L。
No react with H2O2 to from peroxynitrite, which is a strong oxidant tand can oxidizeluminol to generate chemilundnescence(CL). Based on this principle, a fiber - optic sensing technique ofnitric oxide(NO ) was developed initially. The optimum conditions to determine NO using this sensing system were in ivestigated. Under these optimum conditions, the CL value is proPOrtional to the concentrationof NO in the range from 8. 5 x 10-12mol/L to 1 .7 x -10mol/L, and the detection limit is 1 .7 x 10- 12mol/L.
