环氧树脂团状模塑料的制备及性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以环氧树脂为基体,与短切玻璃纤维、滑石粉混合,制备出环氧团状模塑脂料(环氧BMC),并对环氧BMC制品的性能进行了分析研究。讨论了不同的玻纤/滑石粉质量比对BMC力学性能、电性能的影响以及不同质量比下BMC的吸水率。研究结果表明:当玻纤/填料质量比为35/15时,其模压制品性能最优;弯曲强度为159 MPa,拉伸强度为43.1 MPa;体积电阻率为3.38×1014Ω.cm,介电损耗为0.019 7,吸水率在1%以内。 Epoxy resin-based BMC were prepared by mixing with short glass fiber and Talc. Different properties of it were studied in this article. The influence of different mass ratio of glass fiber/Talc on mechanical properties, electrical property were discussed was well as the water absorption under different mass ratio of BMC. The results showed that when the mass ratio of glass fiber/filler was 35/15, epoxy resin-based BMC had the best flexural strength ( 159 MPa), tensile strength (43.1 MPa), volume resistance (3.38×10^14Ω·cmm) and dielectric loss (0.0 197) and water absorption rate of BMC was lower than 1%.
