摘要 通过γ辐射引发将马来酸酐(MAH)接枝到TiO2粒子表面。实验结果表明:MAH与TiO2之间存在化学键合,其接枝率约为2.65%。通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/PP-g-MAH(MPP)/g-TiO2和PP/TiO2复合材料;实验结果表明:改性后的粒子在PP中分散更加均匀;PP/MPP/g-TiO2的结晶度比PP/TiO2要高;PP/MPP/g-TiO2具有更好的紫外光吸收能力。 MAH was grafted onto the surface of TiO2 by using T irradiation. The results showed that MAH anchored on the surface of TiOz through chemical bonding. The grafting ratio was about 2. 65%. PP/ MPP/g-TiO2and PP/TiO2 was prepared by melt compounding. The results showed the particles could be dis- pemed more homogeneously in PP after modification. Crystallinity of PP/MPP/g-TiO 2 was higher than PP/ TiO2. PP/MPP/g-TiO2had good UV absorption.
