摘要
分别针对粉煤灰表面改性剂的种类、改性剂的用量以及粉煤灰的含量,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/粉煤灰复合板性能的影响开展了研究。结果表明:在KH550、KH560、KH570、钛酸四丁酯和硬脂酸钙几种表面改性中,只有KH550同时使PVC/粉煤灰复合板的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度增大。而KH550质量分数为1.5%时,复合板的综合力学性能最好,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别增加了32.5%、28.3%和55.8%。此外,粉煤灰质量分数为10%时,复合板的综合力学性能最好,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别增加了2.2%、33.3%和69.3%。
This article researched the effect of types of fly ash surface modified agent, the dosage of modified agent and fly ash content on properties of PVC/fly ash composite board. The result showed that, in KH550, KH560, KH570, tetrabutyl titanate and stearic acid several surface modified agents, only KH550 increased the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of PVC/fly ash simultaneity. When the content of KH-550 equal to 1.5% , the general mechanical properties of composite board was the best, and the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength raised by 32.5%, 28.3% and 55.8% respectively. In addition, the general mechanical properties were the best when the content of fly ash equal to 10%, and the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength raised by 2. 2%, 33.3% and 69.3% respec- tively.
