摘要
如何在外部环境的发展变化中,把握机遇,规避风险,已成为电信企业管理中的重要课题。本文将从分析外部环境和电信企业的影响机制出发,构建外部环境评价指标体系,利用数据分析方法,对某电信运营企业的外部环境进行定量评估,为其在防范外部环境风险,把握外部环境机遇等方面的科学决策提供依据。
To seize opportunities and avoid risks against the evolution and changes of the external environment has become an important issue of telecom enterprise management.This paper,starting with the analysis of the influence mechanism of the external environment in telecom enterprises,establishes an index system for the external environment evaluation.Then it makes a quantitative assessment of a telecom operator,thus provide basis for its scientific decision-making on control of external risks and grasping of external opportunities.
