摘要
以实际工程为例,对传统的丙烯高温氯化法生产环氧氯丙烷的工艺进行改造,并增加了配套的废水处理设施。改造后工艺废水的产生量由原来的712.4万m3/a减少为102万m3/a,废水经处理后Cl-浓度由原来的22000mg/L减少为50mg/L,且企业每年可回收40万t的二水氯化钙,节约废水处理成本的同时获得了较好的经济效益。
