摘要
有关酵母原生质体融合的研究已有报道,直接利用原生质体再生或诱变也可得到较优良的菌株。本试验的目的是以维生素 B_2产生菌——阿氏假囊酵母为材料,通过紫外线诱变原生质体,以期能得到维生紊 B_2产量较高的菌株。
Studies on preparation,regeneration andultraviolet-mutagenesis of protoplasts of vita-min B_2 producer Eremothecium aohbyii werereported.By using a complex enzyme system(0.5% snial digestase+0.5% cellulase),a greatnumber of protoplasts were obtained.Ultra-violet-mutagenesising positive mutation ratiois 14.29%.The HPLC analysis indicated thata lot of mutants ware screened by using ultra-violet-mutagenesising nutation of protoplasts,Vitamin B_2 produced by the mutant E_3 increa-sed 116.4%.
