Investigation on Health Status of Corporate Executives

目的了解企业高管的健康状况,筛查影响企业高管的主要慢性病。方法收集企业高管的体检资料,进行横断面分析。结果接受体检的231名高管,男性194人占85.3%,女性37人占14.7%,40~60岁之间的受检者占88.2%。企业高管慢性病检出率较高,血粘度增高发生率为87.8%,血脂升高的发生率为79.5%,超重、肥胖达76.7%,幽门螺杆菌感染率为55.7%,脂肪肝为52.1%,肾结石为43.5%,胰腺回声异常率为52.3%,TCD检查异常率为66.2%,胆囊壁毛糙检出率为35.5%,骨密度减少发生率为39.6%,左心室舒张功能降低检出率为37.5%,血尿酸增高的检出率为28.6%,血糖升高的检出率为22%,肝囊肿检出率为19.5%,LDL升高发生率为23.9%,甲状腺检查异常率为21.3%,动脉硬化发生率为17.5%,高血压病的检出率为17.4%。结论企业高管是常见代谢性疾病和心脑血管疾病的高危人群,应加强对这个高危人群的筛检。

Objective To investigate the health status of corporate executives,and to screen the main common chronic diseases. Methods We collected the check-up data of corporate executives,and then carried out a cross-sectional study. Results Among 231 subjects,there were 294 men and 37 women,accounted for 85.3% and 14.7%,respectively.The subjects aged between 40 and 60 years accounted for 88.2%.The detection rate of chronic diseases in corporate executives was higher.The incidence rate of higher blood viscosity was 87.8%.The incidence rate of higher blood fat was 79.5%.The detection rate of fat and overweight was 76.7%.The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori was 55.7%.The prevalence rate of fatty liver was 52.1%.The prevalence rate of kidney stones was 43.5%.The prevalence rate of abnormal echo in pancreas was 52.3%.The detection rate of abnormal TCD was 66.2%.The detection rate of coarse gallbladder was 35.5%.The prevalence rate of lower bone mass density was 39.6%.The detection rate of lower relaxation function in left ventricle was 37.5%.The detection rate of higher uric acid in blood was 28.6%.The detection rate of higher blood sugar was 22%.The detection rate of hepatic cyst was 19.5%.The prevalence rate of higher LDL in blood was 23.9%.The prevalence rate of abnormal thyroid was 21.3%.The detection rate of arteriosclerosis was 17.5%.The prevalence rate of hypertension was 17.4%. Conclusions Corporate executives are the high risk group of common metabolic diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is necessary to reinforce the screening in the high risk group.
