大学生犯罪具有广泛性、残暴性、侵财性、智能性等特点,引发大学生犯罪的主要原因是不良社会环境导致的价值观沦丧、教育失衡带来的个性心理残缺、法制观念薄弱产生的认识错误、经济困难引起的生活窘迫等原因所导致。遏制和减少大学生犯罪,需要加强大学生道德教育、法制教育,重视心理干预,营造良好的育人环境。

College students＇ delinquency is featured with universality,cruelty,violation against properties and intelligence.The main causes are resulted from broken values for the unhealthy social tendencies,individual＇s mental defects for the imbalance of education,the cognition error for the weakness of law idea and the dissatisfying life for the life in poverty,etc.Preventing and decreasing the college students＇ delinquency needs the psychological intervention and the better educational environment,reinforcing the education of morality and law.
