关中天水经济区农民视野中新农村建设存在的问题和对策——对渭南新农村建设情况的调研

Problems of New Rural Construction and Their Countermeasures from View of Peasants in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region——Research of Weinan New Rural Construction

渭南是关中天水经济区的东大门,但渭南在新农村建设中还存在着农民收入偏低、农民科技素质较差、青壮年劳动力匮乏、宗教活动比较活跃、环境意识比较淡薄等问题。只有加快发展高科技农业增加农民收入、扶持乡镇企业发展、加强农村文化建设、提高村干部的工作素质等措施,增强渭南在关中天水经济区发展中的地位和贡献。

Weinan is the east gate of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region.However,there are some problems in its new rural construction,such as relatively low peasants＇ income,low peasants＇ scientific technology quality,lack of young labor force,vigorous religious activities and weak environmental awareness,etc.Only by taking measures like accelerating high-tech agricultural development and increasing peasants＇ income,supporting the development of township enterprises,strengthening cultural construction in countryside and improving village leaders＇ working quality,can enhance Weinan＇s status and contribution in the development of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region.
