米非司酮和氨甲喋呤联合治疗异位妊娠

The Combination of Mifepristone and Methotrexate in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的：探讨米非司酮和氨甲喋呤联合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法：对86例异位妊娠患者采用口服米非司酮（100mg，bid）及肌肉注射氯甲喋呤（50mg，qod）方案治疗，定时监测血β－绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG），直至正常。结果：84倒成功，成功率为97．7％，2例失败后改行手术治疗。结论：用米非司团和氯甲喋呤联合治疗异位妊娠，能缩短治疗时间，提高成功率，不良反应少。

objective: The effect of using mifepristone and methotrexate together to treat ectopic pragnancy were explored,Materials and Methods: 86 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated by mifepristone (100mg, Bid) and intramscular methotrexate (50 mg, qod). The β- HCG was monitored regularly until returned normal. Results: 84 cases (97. 7 % ) were successfully treated. Two failed and referred to operation. Conclusions: The Combination of Mifepristone and methotrexate for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy could shorten therapeutic Period and enhance success probability with low side effects.
