摘要
教师自我效能感是教师对自身教育能力和影响力的预期、判断和信念,它在教师教育行为中发挥着关键作用,是影响教师专业发展重要的内在因素。文章从教师自我效能感对教师教育信念、教师职业承诺、教师心理健康等问题影响的角度,论述了自我效能感是促进教师专业发展的内驱力,并进一步提出了提高教师自我效能感的措施。
The self-efficacy of college teachers which elaborates teachers' educating behavior is anticipation, judgment, belief of teachers' educating abilities. It is tbe major inherent factor affecting teacher professional development. This paper discusses that the self-efficacy is the motivation to promote teacher professional development based on the self-efficacy of college teachers, which can influence teachers' faith, occupational commitment and mental beath, further more, it posed particular measure to enhance teachers' self-efficacy.
