摘要
新课程改革给教师提供了新的环境,新的发展空间,也给教师提出了更高的要求和更严峻的挑战。教师作为新课程改革的主体和关键,能否深入地实施新课程,将直接关系到新课程改革的可持续发展。新课改背景下教师地位、学生地位、教学评价、教学策略等因素决定了新课改中教师角色转换的必要性,教师角色必须转变,在教学活动中要真正体现"以学生为主体",进行教育理念的创新与突破。
The new curriculum reform provides the teachers a new setting and a new developing space, but it brings the teach- ers a higher demand and a more serious challenge. The teachers as the subject and focus of the new curriculum to implement it or not is closely related to the sustainable development of the new curriculum. The paper probes into the necessity of teachers' role transformation, the working strategy of teachers' role transformation construction, based on the changes of the teachers ' role, the students' role and teaching strategy in the background of new curriculum reform, in order to make the student-oriented teaching come into reality, and innovate and break through the educational ideology.
