增加河南省城镇居民家庭财产性收入的对策分析

Exploring Measures of Increasing the Urban Residents＇Property Income in Henan Province

长期以来我国国内消费需求严重不足，极大地制约了国民经济的可持续发展。扩大消费的前提是增加收入，而财产性收入则是居民收入新的增长点。以河南省为例，从微观、宏观以及制度改革完善的角度探讨增加城镇居民家庭财产性收入的渠道途径，对于扩大后危机时代城镇居民消费需求有重要意义。

A sustained development of our national economy has been largely restricted due to the long - term deficient consumption de- mand in China. The increase of income is a prerequisite to the expansion of consumption, and the property income is a new growth point in the residents＇income. The paper, taking Henan Province as an example, discusses the channels for increasing the urban residents property income from micro and macro angles as well as from the perspective of institutional reform and improvement, which is of great significance in expanding the urban residents＇consumption demand in the post- crisis era.
