法庭审判中的法官言语行为研究

Study of the Judge's Speech Act in Trials

摘要 通过实际调研,阐述了庭审中法官言语行为的分布应用及其特点,并简要分析了特点产生的原因。 Through an investigation on the spot, this paper expounds the distribution, applieation, and peculiarity of the judge~ speech act in trials, and explores the causes for its peculiarity.
