The secondary vocational school students have formed a special community, whose self - esteem has an important influence on their physical and mental health. This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of the secondary vocational school students＇low self-esteem on the basis of Kelly＇s personal construct theory, and then gives guides to the students to construct a positive self-esteem from the perspective of construct choice.
