摘要
以根瘤菌nod ABC基因的结构同源性为依据,对紫云英根瘤菌结瘤基因(nod)进行了定位。结果表明,紫云英根瘤菌菌株7653R 的 nod 基因同时存在于小质粒 pRa7653Ra 和大质粒 pRa7655Rb 上;S52的 nod 基因位于小质粒 pRa52a 上;SR72的 nod 基因单拷贝位于小质粒 pRa72a 上,含有部分 nod ABC 基因的 BamHⅠ、HindⅢ和PstⅠ酶切片段分别为22.4kb、11.9kb 和2.2kb,EcoRⅠ酶切片段为4.6kb 和3.0kb;HR104的 nod 基因也是单拷贝,仅存在于小质粒 pRa104a 中,含有部分 nod ABC 基因的 BamHⅠ,EcoRⅠ和 PstⅠ酶切片段分别为22.4kb、9.1kb 和2.2kb。
Based on the conservation of nod ABCgenes in Rhizobium,authors located the no-dulation genes on the plasmids of Rhizobiumastragali.Both plasmid pRa7653Ra and plas-mid pRa7653Rb carried nod genes in strain7653R.Only plasmid pRa52a carried nodgenes in strain S52.In strain SR72,the nodgenes were harbored exclusively on plasmidpRa72a,the BamHI,HindⅢ and Pst frag-ments contained nod ABC genes were 22.4 kb,11.9 kb and 2.2 kb respectly;the EcoRI frag-ments were 4.6kb and 3.0kb.In strainHR104,the nod genes were harbored exclusi-vely on plasmid pRa104a,the BamHI,EcoRIand PstI fragments contained nod ABC geneswere 22.4 kb,9.1 kb and 2.2 kb respectly.
