苯酚定向催化氯化制备2,6-二氯苯酚

Preparation of 2,6-dichlorophenol from Phenol in the Presence of the Directional Chlorinate Catalyst

介绍了以苯酚为原料,在定向氯化催化剂的作用下,直接一步制备医药中间体2,6-二氯苯酚的方法。在最佳配比苯酚:溶剂:催化剂为1:3.5:0.003(质量比),反应温度105～110℃下,通入理论量105%的氯气,得到的2,6-二氯苯酚的收率为92.1%,产品纯度99.5%以上。

The preparation of 2,6-dichlorophenol from phenol in the presence of the directional chlorinate catalyst are described.Under the optimun condition,such as m（phenol）：m（solvent）：m（catalyst）=1：3.5：0.003,reaction temperature is 105~110 ℃,pumpied in the chlorine gas at 105% theoretical quantity,the yield of 2,6-dichlorophenol,the product purity is over than 99.5%。
