摘要
将合成氨变换工序的饱和塔增湿技术引入焦炉煤气制甲醇的生产工艺中,利用转化工艺冷凝液回收转化加热炉对流段的烟气余量,为焦炉煤气加湿,减少了工艺蒸汽消耗、新水消耗和废水的排放。
To introduce the saturated tower humidifying technology from the ammonia synthesis process into the methanol production with coke oven gas.This technology is using the condensed liquid in conversion processes to recover the extra flue gas from the furnace convection section,and humidify the coke oven gas.The application of this technology could decrease the steam consumption,new water consumption and waste water discharge.
