摘要
建立盐酸头孢替安原料药中三乙胺残留量的测定方法。采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,用DB-624毛细管柱分离,以氮气为载气,FID检测器测定三乙胺残留量。结果表明,质量浓度在考察范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),平均回收率为97%～102%,精密度RSD均<10%,最低检出限为0.128μg/mL。该法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于盐酸头孢替安中三乙胺残留量的测定。
To establish a method for determination of residual triethylamine in cefotiam hydrochloride.It was quantitatively determined by headspace gas chromatography（GC） on DB-624 column with FID detector,nitrogen as the carries.Results showed that there was a good linearity in the experimental concentration（r0.999）.The RSD of precision was less than 10%.The average recovery rate ranged from 97% to 102%.The detection limits was 0.128 μg/mL.The method appears to be rapid,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for determining the content of residual triethylamine in cefotiam hydrochloride.
