鲁、京、沪、粤、苏竞技体育发展现状的比较分析

Athletic sports development of Shandong compared with Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu

采用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对山东省与北京、上海、广东、江苏四省市的竞技体育发展现状进行对比分析,研究表明:山东省一线优秀运动员和入选国家队人数偏少,经费投入有待提高,缺乏"金牌教练员",田径、游泳在短距离项目处于劣势,竞技体育后备人才培养社会化程度较低。

With the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,it made a analysis of athletic sports development of Shandong compared with Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu.It has been shown that less number of top athletes from Shandong are selected into National Sports Team;the funds investment waits for increasing;＂coaches for gold medal winner＂are insufficient;events of athletics and swimming in short-distance-events have no advantageous;social degreee of athletic sports reserve personnel training is lower.
