内皮素与矿工高血压发病关系的探讨 被引量:1

STUDY OF ENDOTHELIN AND ITS INFLUENCE ON MORBIDITY OF THE COAL MINERS'HYPERTESION

摘要 目的 了解内皮素(ET)在煤矿工人高血压发病中的作用及机制。方法 对煤矿工人进行问卷调查和血压、身高、体重的测量,随机选择为高血压(HP)与非高血压(NHP)矿工进行血浆ET测定,分析ET与体重指数(BMI)、作业等因素对矿工高血压发病的影响。结果 HP矿工ET总体水平较NHP矿工高(P>0.05),而临床HP患者ET水平更高,并明显高于HP矿工(P<0.01)。其中,在地面作业的矿工中,HP组ET水平明显高于NHP组(P<0.05),且主要是超体重的高血压矿工,ET水平与BMI呈正相关(P<0.05);相反,在井下作业的矿工中,HP组ET水平反而低于NHP组(P<0.05),并显著低于地面作业HP组矿工(P<0.01),ET水平与BMI呈负相关。结论 矿工HP的发病及严重程度与ET水平有重要关系。超重者ET水平较高,而井下作业可降低HP矿工ET水平。 Objective To find out the effects and mechanisms ofendothelin (ET) on morbidity of the coal miners' hypertension.Method The coal miners received questionnair investigation and their bloodpressure,hight and wight were measured.Plasma ET was tested in HP and NHP miners selected randomly.Analysis was carried out about theminerds'ET,body mass index(BMI) and their working condition,factorsthat influenced their hypertension.Result The level of ET was higherin HP miners than that in NHP miners(P<0 05) and the ET level of theclinical HP patients was much more higher than that of the coal miners(P<0 01).Among the miners working on the ground,ET level was higherin HP group than that in NHP group(P<0 05) and the level of ET hadpositive correlation with BMI(P<0 05).On the other hand,for thoseworking in the pit,ET level was lower in HP group than in NHP group (P<0 05),and was much lower than that in HP group working on the ground(P<0 01) with negative correlation to BMI.Conclusion The morbidity andseriousness of the coal miners' hypertension are related with thelevel of ET.The level of overwight miners;ET is high,but the levelof HP miners' ET may be decreased through underpit operation.
