摘要
对河北省保存的来源于4个国家的36份珍贵的蓝、紫粒小麦资源,进行了染色体倍性鉴定和田间生物学特性观察。镜检结果表明:36份蓝、紫粒小麦资源中有6份四倍体小麦和30份六倍体普通小麦;在对根尖有丝分裂染色体镜检过程中发现,有些长期保存的材料出现染色体桥和染色体滞后等微变异现象。田间生物学特性观察结果表明:在四倍体小麦中,EGYPT20248和Ethiopia W14农艺性状较好,Ethiopia W13和Ethiopia W14花青苷含量较高;六倍体普通小麦中,7083L-16、河东乌麦526、紫京13409抗寒性和落黄均较好,黑小麦2号、5009、乌麦和冀资黑小麦1号属于矮秆抗倒伏型,洛根紫麦、蓝粒87089和14927(AUS)等属于大穗大粒型,在育种中利用价值较高。
The karyotypes of 36 blue or purple grain wheat germplasm resources origined from 4 countries stored in Hebei were analyzed, and their biological characteristics were observed. The results showed 6 accessions were tetraploid and 30 were hexaploid. Root tip mitotic chromosome examination found that some materials showed chromosome micro-variability. due to long-term preservation, such as chromosome bridges and lagging chromosomes etc. Of 6 tetraploid accessions, EGYPT20248 and Ethiopia W14 had good agronomic traits, and Ethiopia W13 and Ethiopia W14 had higher anthocyanin content. Of hexaploid common wheat, 7083L-16, Hedongwumai 526, Zijing 13409 had better cold resisitance and better maturity , Black Wheat No. 2, 5009, Wumai and Jizi Black Wheat No. 1 were dwarfs and lodging resistant types, and Luogenzimai, Lanli 87089 and 14927 (AUS) were big grainand big ear types, with higher value in wheat breeding.
