现阶段,我国的农业知识产权存在诸多问题,围绕这些问题进行分析,并讨论了农业知识产权保护对新农村建设的意义,提出了加强我国农业知识产权的有效策略。

At present, there are many problems in agricultural intellectual property protection in China.We analyze these problems, discuss the significance of agricultural intellectual property protection to new rural construction, and offer the effective strategies of strengthening the agricultural intellectual property protection.
