摘要 研究了用微波灰化-火焰原子吸收测定纸张镉含量的方法,即:纸张样品在瓷坩埚中用微波灰化,用盐酸完全溶解灰烬,然后用原子吸收法测定镉含量。在选定仪器条件下,镉浓度在1.0—250μg/L范围内呈线性关系,方法检出限为0.2μg/L;标准回收率为97.9%~102.8%。对样品进行7次平行测定,日内RSD=1.8%,日间RSD=2.3%。该方法灵敏度高、简便、快速,用于实际纸张样品镉含量分析取得了令人满意的结果。 The cadmium in paper was determined by microwave ashing and flame atomic paper was ashed with microwave. The ashes were dissolved with hydrochloric acid and the absorption spectrometry. The cadmium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the proposed conditions, there was a linear relationship with cadmium within the range of 1.0 μg/L to 250 μg/L. The detection limit reached 0.2 μg/L. The average recovery rate was 97.9%-102.8%. The relative standard derivation of overall intra-day variation was 1.8%, and the relative standard derivation of inter-day variation was 2.3%. This method was simple, sensitivity and accurate, which was applied to the determinationof cadmium in paper with good results.
