摘要
目的观察地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹(CIU)对血清白细胞介素(IL)-2,IL-4的影响。方法治疗组患者30例给予地氯雷他定5 mg/d口服,甘露聚糖肽口服液20 mg/d,每日2次口服;对照组患者仅给予地氯雷他定5 mg/d口服。2周1个疗程,连服2个疗程。健康组和治疗组CIU患者在治疗前、治疗后检测血清IL-2,IL-4的含量。结果治疗组CIU患者在治疗前与健康人比较其IL-2明显降低,而IL-4明显增高。治疗组治疗后,血清IL-2增高,而IL-4则降低。结论地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗CIU,可调节机体的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of the desloratadine treating chronic idiopathic urticaria with mannatide upon the interleukin-2 and interleukin-4 in blood serum.Method Thirty patients in treated group took orally desloratadine of 5 mg/d and mannatide oral liquid of 20 mg/d two times a day separately while those in control group only desloratadine of 5 mg/d as a course of treatment during two weeks continuously in two cure periods.Interleukin-2 and interleukin-4 of their blood serums were detected before and after treatment.Results Patients in treated group were found to have an abvious reduction of the interleukin-2 and have a clear rise of interleukin-4 in comparison with the healthy person,while the treated group were found to have a rise of interleukin-2 and a reduction of interleukin-4 in their blood serums after being cured.Conclusion This method is in a position to boost up the immunologic function in organism and make a rise of interleukin-2 and a reduction of interleukin-4 in the blood serum.
