摘要
该试验以大型海藻浒苔(Enterpmorpha prolifera)为研究对象,设置5个活性磷浓度梯度,研究活性磷对浒苔生长和叶绿素含量的影响。试验结果表明:添加活性磷对浒苔的生长有促进作用,而且添加磷的浓度不是越高越好,有个最适值(200μmol/L),在此浓度下浒苔的生长率最高为13.13%,超过这个值反而对浒苔的生长起到抑制作用。添加活性磷对浒苔叶绿素a、b的积累有一定的影响,相对于对照组的叶绿素含量都有提高。溶液中pH值的趋势是一致的,都是随着培养天数的增加,pH值一直呈上升趋势,最后达到9.5左右。溶液中活性磷的浓度一直呈下降趋势,经过1 d之后磷的浓度下降超过了90%。
In this paper,studies on the effect of phosphorus on growth rate and chlorophyll content of Enterpmorpha prolifera were conducted under different phosphorus concentration.The results showed:Phosphorus had certain effect on the growth rate and chlorophyll a、b content,both were higher than the controlled groups.The growth was more quicker with the higher phosphorus concentration(200 μmol/L),but the growth would drop when the concentration was higher than 200 μmol/L.The pH value was keeping growing higher to 9.5.The phosphorus concentration was dropping,and was absorbed more than 90% after one day culture.
