摘要 阐述了我国第一台中子反射谱仪控制系统的设计方案和具体实现。控制系统的软件开发基于LabVIEW,通过控制卡PCI—1240U、多道分析仪TRUMP—PCI-2K和974计数器等硬件设备实现控制逻辑。测试表明,该系统运行稳定、操作性强,很好地满足了用户的实验需求。 The neutron reflectometry is an important technique that has widespread applications as a powerful analytical tool to analyze the surface and interfacial structure and composition of many materials. An efficient and accurate instrument control system is a key component of the system, with software hased on LabVIEW and hardware based on PCI - 1240 motor control card, TRUMP - PCI -2K muhichannel buffer card and 974 counter/timer. It gives an overview of the design and implementation of this control system. The results prove that this system fulfills the needs well with high stability and operability.
