煤矿瓦斯管理影响因素探究

Probe into Influencing Factors for Colliery Gas Management

瓦斯事故是煤炭行业中最严重的自然灾害,关注瓦斯管理是预防事故的重要举措。本文从阳泉煤矿瓦斯管理现状入手,深入探讨瓦斯管理影响因素及其表征,结果发现其存在安全意识薄弱、瓦斯管理环境及制度建设存在漏洞、传统管理观念仍占主导地位等问题,在此基础上提出对策:加强宣传教育,做好安全意识培训工作;改善管理环境,完善瓦斯管理制度建设;改变传统观念,创新瓦斯管理模式。

In view of the current status of gas management in Yangquan Colliery,the author probes into the influencing factors for gas management and their characteristics,such as weak safety awareness,mistakes in gas management environment and system and oriented traditional management concept,and thus suggests strengthening propaganda education by safety awareness training,perfecting the gas management system by improving management environment and innovating the gas management mode by changing traditional concept.
