萍矿医院医疗资源整合的实践经验与体会

Practical Experience and Cognition of Medical Resources Integration

目的:探讨医疗资源整合的优劣与方法。方法:回顾性总结我院自2003年始,筹备组建到完成原萍矿总医院与二医院整合过程的体会和经验。结果:病人收治数:门诊:61 206人次(2005年),249 008人次(2009年),增幅:406.83%;住院:6 219人次(2005年),17 032人次(2009年),增幅:273.87%;手术:1 610台次(2005年),5 774台次(2009年),增幅358.63%;业务收入:4 906万元(2005年),15 441万元(2009年),增幅:314.73%。医院介入、血透等新的业务不断开展,科技成果增加,并跨入了三级综合性医院行列。结论:医疗资源整合充分解决了原萍矿集团两家医院规模小,发展能力弱的弊端,在基础设施、服务意识、诊疗水平上得到了飞跃式的发展,人员素质整体提高;投资有重点,卫生资源利用率增高,很大程度地方便了萍矿职工家属及萍乡市民就医的问题,尤其是解决了外出就医难的问题。

Objective： To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of medical resources integration and it methods.Method： The experiences and cognitions of the integration process of General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Bureau and Pingxiang No.2 Hospital from 2003 were summarized retrospectively.Result： Number of patients treated： outpatient visits： from 61206 persons/times in 2005 to 249008 persons/times in 2009 rising by 406.83%;hospitalized： from 6219 persons/times in 2005 to17032 persons/times in 2009 rising by 273.87%;Surgical： from 1610 sets/times in 2005 to 5774 sets/times in 2009 rising by 358.63%;operating income： from 49.06 million yuan in 2005 to 154.41 million yuan in 2009 rising by 314.73%.With the scientific achievements increasing,new services like intervention and hemodialysis were introduced and the hospital ranked among grade-3 comprehensive hospitals.Conclusion： Medical resources integration has not only solved the problems of small scale and weak development capability of the two original hospital with a leap in infrastructure,service awareness,medical treatment level and staff quality,but also facilitated the hospitalization for staff,family members of Pingxiang Mining Bureau and Pingxiang citizens to a large extent with focused investment and increasing health resources availability.
