某重型燃气轮机压力雾化喷嘴性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了某重型燃气轮机燃油喷嘴特性。通过全面试验,得到了该喷嘴组的供油特性、喷雾锥角的变化特点和液滴尺寸及其分布规律;对雾化粒度试验数据进行了拟合,得到了SMD与供油压力的简明关系,基本可以代表该喷嘴组的雾化质量。 The characteristics of fuel injectors for a heavy-duty gas turbine were investigated.By means of rounded experiment,the fuel supplying performances,spray cone angle changing characters,droplet size and its rules were obtained for a group of the injector.The test data of atomization size was matched.The simple relationship between SMD(Sauter Mean Diameter) and the fuel supplying pressure was given,which represents basically an atomization quality of these injector group.
