摘要
如何运用科学的手段确定合理的装备维修保障人员数量,是维修保障系统高效、低耗运行的关键和基础。通过分析影响和制约维修保障人员数量的各因素和条件,确立了人员数量确定和优化的计算方法,建立了工时需求仿真模型。实例分析中对某炮兵团修理连各岗位的人员数量需求进行了计算与优化,结果验证了模型的实用性和有效性。
How to use scientific means to figure out the right amount of maintenance personnel is critical to equipment maintenance system.This paper analyzes the factors and conditions which can affect and restrict the amount of maintenance personnel,builds the method to calculate and optimize the maintenance manpower requirement,then establishes the simulation model of man-hour distribution of each position.At the end,taking a artillery regiment as an simulation example,the optimal number of maintenance personnel requirement is calculated and optimized.Simulation results validate that the model is an effective approach.
