碘附瘘道通过一次法治疗有瘘型慢性尖周炎的疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF IODOPHOR PASSING THROUGH FISTULA ONE TIME FOR CHRONIC FISTULOUS PERIAPICAL PERIODONTITIS

目的 :观察碘附溶液瘘道通过一次法治疗有瘘型慢性尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 :随机将病人分为碘附溶液瘘道通过组 (治疗组 )和常规根管治疗组 (对照组 )进行治疗 ,于术后 4周内每周一次观察瘘道愈合情况及有无急性炎症改变 ,1年后复查评定疗效。结果 :术后 1周～ 4周治疗组瘘道愈合情况明显优于对照组 ,差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 1年疗效两组无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :碘附溶液瘘道通过一次法治疗有瘘型慢性尖周炎 ,可使瘘道迅速愈合 ,缩短疗程 ,提高近期疗效。认为治疗后早期瘘道愈合情况可作为治疗有效与否的佐证。

Objective:To observe the effect of iodophor passing through fistula one time for chronic fistulous periapical periodontitis.Methods:The patients were at random divided into two groups:the first on receiving the treatment of iodophor passing through fistula one time (therapy group) and the second receiving routine root canal therapy (control group).The patients were observed every week in one month after operation and examined for fistulous healing and whether there was acute inflammation or not.The clinic effect was evaluated one year after operation.Results:The fistulous healing of therapy group was more rapid than that of control group in 1～4 weeks after operation,difference between the two groups was very sigificant (P<0 01);but no difference in the effects between the two groups in one yeat (P>0.05).Conclusion:Iodophor passing through fistula can make the fistula heal more rapid,shorten the period of treatment and improve immediate curative effect.We think that early healing of fistula can be regarded as an evidence of curative effect on the disease.
