摘要 通过分析我国人造板企业生产、管理中面临的问题,根据基于网络的敏捷制造生产方式特征以及人造板生产企业和关联企业职能,构建了基于网络的一主多从型敏捷制造系统。系统结构设计为三层,内层通过搭建基于各种服务器设备、局域网等网络支持环境,实现了主导企业内部的数据通信、存储、分析和与外层企业的信息交流。联盟企业在外层可以利用互联网与主导企业协同进行产品和生产工艺的并行化设计。系统通过基础层结构设计,利用与内层相关服务器的通讯,完成人造板生产线的生产管理、现场监控、质量检测,与外层协作企业共同维护生产设备等工作,实现整个系统的敏捷化生产。 The agile manufacturing system of one main and multi servo based on network platform was developed, through analyzing the problem in production and management of wood-based panel enterprise,based on the feature agile manufacturing and the function of wood-based panel enterprise and relative businesses.The construction of system was designed to be three layers.The data communications,storage,analysis and communication with companies of outer layer were achieved by constructing network operating environments with kinds of servers,Intranet and so on in inner layer.The alliance firm and leading enterprise get together to executing the parallel design of product and process using Internet in outer layer.The lowest layer was designed to accomplishing manufacturing management,monitor,detection, maintenance in the product line,following with the architectural design,and the communication with relative servers of inner layer.And the agile production of whole system was completed accordingly.
