摘要
阐述了热轧平板表面红锈的生成机理,讨论了终轧温度对热轧平板表面红锈和耐蚀性的影响,进而证明了提高终轧温度可以减少热轧平板表面红锈。
Red scale is one of the major defects on hot-rolled steel plate. In this paper, the forming mechanism of red scale was described and the influences of finish rolling temperature on red scale and corrosion resistance of Q235 heavy plate were discussed. It proved that higher finish rolling temperature can decrease red scale of plate.
