摘要
采用焊接热模拟技术测定出首钢研发的X80管线钢焊接连续冷却转变曲线,总结出X80管线钢焊接粗晶热影响区组织变化规律。结果表明,首钢生产的X80管线钢淬硬倾向和冷裂敏感性均较低。
The continuous cooling transforming curve of X80 Pipeline Steel developed by Shougang was measured by thermal simulated technology and the variation rule of the microstructures of coarse grain HAZ of Xg0 Pipeline Steel was obtained. The result indicates that the hardenability and the susceptibility to cold crack of X80 Pipeline Steel produced by Shougang are fairly low.
