摘要
首钢京唐公司5500m3高炉在开炉配料过程中遵循低渣比配料原则,开炉料全炉渣比控制在413kg/t。同时,采取配加萤石、提高渣铁温度和适当延后第1次出铁时间等措施保证渣铁的流动性和铁中硫含量合格,实现了超大型高炉低渣比配料顺利开炉。
In the burden calculation of blowing-in, the principle of low slag ratio proportioning was followed in Shougang Jingtang 5 500 m3 BF and which controls the slag ratio in 413 kg/t. At the same time, by adding fluorite in burden, improving iron & slag temperature and suitable delaying the first tapping time, the liquidity of iron & slag and content of sulfur in hot metal was ensured. A successful blowing-in of super large BF was achieved.
