摘要
分析了EBSD检测分析中出现的噪点、异常小角度晶界线、图像漂移、晶粒错位和图像分辨率低等问题的原因，提出了相应的改善措施。
Some problems during EBSD testing and analysis are studied such as noise points, abnormal small-angle boundaries, image drift, grain dislocation, low image resolution etc, andcorresponding countermeasures are also proposed.
