摘要
针对蓝天铀业公司某铀矿床在采用充填法、原地爆破浸出等开采方法中存在的问题,经反复论证,决定采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法。论述了为采用这种开采方法所进行的矿床开拓工程、通风工程、溜井系统及采场设计,介绍了在实施无底柱分段崩落法开采中的凿岩工艺、切割工作、爆破落矿、回采出矿及矿石运输等环节。经过半年多的试生产,证实这种开采方法在该铀矿床的应用是成功的,生产能力达到了设计指标,回采率、贫化率也基本达到了设计指标。
Aimed at the problems during mining a uranium deposit by filling method and stope leaching method, it is decided to adopt non-pillar sublevel caving method after repeated discussion. Mine development projects, ventilation engineering, ore-pass system and stope design compatible with non-pillar sublevel caving method are described. The implementation of drilling process, cutting, blasting, mining and ore transportation is introduced. The results from six months' trial production show that the application of the mining method to the uranium deposit is successful, production capacity has reached the design target, and recovery rate and dilution rate have basically achieved the design targets.
