原地爆破浸出采铀技术的改进及应用

Improvement for stope leaching technique and its application

从爆破工艺、落矿筑堆施工、布液浸出等方面对原地爆破浸出采铀技术进行了改进,并通过在西安中核蓝天铀业有限公司具体采场的应用,证实改进是有效的。应用实践表明,将原地爆破浸出与常规采矿有机结合,实现优势互补,对提高资源的回收利用率具有很好效果。提出了对原地爆破浸出采铀技术发展的几点建议。

Stope leaching technique was improved from three aspects of blasting technique, construction technique of ore heap constructed by blasting and method of lixiviant distribution, and the improved techniques were applied in Xi＇ an Lantian Uranium Co. , Ltd. , CNNC. The practice proved that these improvements are effective. In addition, the complementary advantage is achieved and utilization of resource is enhanced by combination of the stope leaching technique and conventional mining method. In the end, some proposals are put forward for the development of stope leaching technique.
