摘要
为了推进灌区渠系建筑物的安全鉴定工作,提高鉴定工作的效率和质量,开发灌区渠系建筑物安全鉴定软件。以Visual Basic作为开发工具,结合Access数据库,应用面向对象的程序设计方法进行软件开发与设计。软件主要包括无损检测、安全鉴定、安全评估与分析等9个功能模块,其中安全鉴定模块采用专家评价法、模糊综合评价和会商法建立数学模型。软件功能强大、界面友好、操作方便,实现了渠系建筑物安全鉴定工作的标准化、程序化。
In order to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture,speed up the safety appraisement of canal network construction in irrigation districts and improve the safety appraisal work efficiency and quality,safety appraisal software for canal network construction in irrigation districts is developed in this paper.The software is developed and designed through selecting Visual basic as the developing tool,combining with Access database and using the object-oriented programming method.The software has 9 function modules including nondestructive testing,safety appraisement,safety assessment and analysis and so on.The safety appraisal module uses the expert evaluation method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and consultation method to build mathematical model.The software has the characteristic of strong function,friendly interface and easy operation.It realizes the standardization and proceduralization of the safety appraisement for the canal network construction in irrigation districts.
