异鼠李素对鼻咽癌细胞生长和增殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察异鼠李素对鼻咽癌细胞生长和增殖的抑制作用。方法采用不同质量浓度(10、20、40、80mg/L)异鼠李素处理CNE-2细胞,分别用MTT法、台盼蓝染色、平皿培养和倒置显微镜观察细胞生长抑制率、细胞活力、集落形成、形态变化。结果异鼠李素组的CNE-2细胞生长抑制率均高于对照组(P<0.05),且抑制作用呈剂量依赖性。CNE-2细胞在异鼠李素处理后出现活力差、集落形成减少、形态改变。结论异鼠李素可明显抑制鼻咽癌细胞的生长和增殖。 Objective To investigate the inhibition of isorhamnetin in the growth and proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.Methods CNE-2 cells were treated with different doses(10,20,40 and 80 mg/L) of isorhmnetin.Their inhibition rate,activity,colony forming and morphological change were detected by MTT assay,trypan blue stain,plate culture and invert microscope,respectively.Results The growth inhibition rate of CNE-2 cells in isorhamnetin groups was higher than that in control group(P0.05),and its inhibition was dose-dependent.Furthermore,isorhamnetin treatment resulted in inactivity,colony forming reduction and morphological change in CNE-2 cells.Conclusion Isorhamnetin can significantly inhibit the growth and proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
