摘要
通过分析中小型饭店前厅部、客房部、餐饮部三个核心部门的服务质量,指出其存在问题,提出应从设备设施、员工服务技能、管理水平等几个方面入手,采取有效措施提高中小型饭店的核心竞争力。
The article points out some problems that the small and medium sized hotels have some service problems in the Front Office and the Room Division and the Food Beverage Division.the author puts forward some measures in equipments facilities,employee's service ability and management level's etc.
