Limbal transplantation and alternative combination amnitic membrane graft for ocular surface

目的:为治疗角膜缘缺损的眼球表面疾病。方法:采用角膜缘上皮联合或不联合羊膜移植治疗眼化学烧伤、复发性胬肉等。结果:形成稳定的眼球表面,视力提高。结论:本术式能有效修复角膜缘缺损,重建眼球表面而获理想临床效果。

Objective:In order to treat ocular surface disorders of limbal deficiency.Methods:limbal epithelial transplantation unite or ununite amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment chemreal burns,recurrent pterygium et al.Result:resulting in a quiescent ocular surface and improved the vision.Conclusions the procedure can reconstructe the limbal dificiency and ocular surface disorder and a better clinical outcome can be attained.
