摘要
通过对辽宁排山楼金矿所提供矿石类型和性质的分析,结合长春黄金研究所对该矿提供的矿石进行的单一浮选、磨选、全泥氰化-锌粉置换和全泥氰化-炭浆提金及浮选-精矿氰化等流程的实验研究,最终确定全泥氰化-炭浆提金的选矿工艺为最佳的设计方案。对于提金工艺,锌粉置换和炭浆提金方案工艺指标相同,在技术上均成熟可行,但炭浆提金工艺基建投资和年经营费均低于锌粉置换工艺,故本设计采用了炭浆提金工艺。采用活性炭吸附金,取代传统的用洗涤进行固液分离,流程简单,效果好。设计的选矿工艺指标为:金的浸出率80%,吸附率99%,解析电解率99%,氰化回收率78.41%,尾矿品位0.18%。
Analyzing the type and property of the ore which is provided by Liaoning Paishanlou gold mine,and combining with the experimental research on process of the single floatation,grinding,all-slime cyanidation-zinc powder replacement,all-slime cyanidation-CIP gold extraction and floatation-concentrate cyanidation etc to the ore done by Changchun Gold Research Institute,thus the process all-slime cyanidation-CIP gold extraction as the optimum design proposal is provided.To the gold extraction,zinc powder replacement and CIP gold extraction have the same technic indexes,both of them the technologies are mature and feasible,but the fund of capital investment and the operating costs yearly of CIP gold extraction is lower than another,so this design is to adopt the process of CIP gold extraction.Using the active carbon to adsorb the gold,substitute conventional method of using washing to do solid-liquid separation,the process is simple and the effect is better.The technic indexes of the mineral processing in this design such as the gold leaching rate is 80%,the adsorption rate is 99%,the resolving electrolysis rate is 99%,the cyaniding recovery rate is 78.41% and the tailings grade is 0.18%.
