摘要
将差速器的速度合成原理与定量液压泵和变量液压马达构成的容积调速原理结合起来,构成一个整体的变速机构,并通过对它的结构形式和效率特性进行分析,对实现超低转速性能及大调速范围的恒功率无级变速的可能性进行了初步探讨。
A whole speed change mechanism was formed according to combining the speed composition principle of differential with the volume speed regulation theory composed by quantitative hydraulic pump and variable hydraulic motor.By analyzing its form of structure and efficiency characteristic,the possibility of achieving ultra-low speed performance and constant power and stepless speed regulation with large speed range were discussed.
